I knew it was time for a change. I feel better and look better when I exercise, and the fact that I can do it any time of the day is perfect... I’m happy and healthy. I’ve lost over 80 pounds and now feel comfortable doing basic things such as wearing shorts and a bathing suit for the first time in my life. I’m not embarrassed to look at pictures of myself any more or to look in the mirror.
